Bologna, Italy—There is nothing more satisfying than a Bologsini with a generous helping of bolognesse, but what happens if you can’t find that same classic sauce at your local Italian restaurant?
Luckily, there is a B&B in this city to help you make the most of your Bolognese.
Hatch Creek Winery is a cozy Italian restaurant on the banks of the Severn River in Bolger, which is situated just north of Rome.
The restaurant serves a selection of Italian and British-style dishes including Bolognsi, bolognaise, and other bolognini-inspired dishes.
If you’ve never been to Bolger before, you can easily learn to appreciate the neighborhood and its charming, historic, and funky atmosphere.
If the neighborhood is not your thing, however, there are plenty of great things to do and see in Bolgers old town, including the nearby historic city of Bolger.
We had the pleasure of visiting Hatch Creek as part of a series of articles on Italian-Italian dining, wine, and wine-related experiences in Rome.
While the Bolger section of the Bolgers district is often overlooked by visitors, we were able to check out a number of restaurants in the area, and our favorite of the bunch was Hatch Creek.
The Italian-American restaurant, located on the corner of Bolgers and Brignoni Streets, is known for its excellent wine list, as well as its cozy and inviting atmosphere.
It’s an excellent choice for a night on the town with your friends, family, and colleagues.
If it’s your first time in Bolgher, make sure to stop by for lunch and get a nice cup of wine.
As for a good wine, the best Bologne is from Hatch Creek, a small Italian family owned and operated winery.
The winery is located in the heart of Bolghers old town and is also home to a number vintage shops.
It also has a great patio with some great views of the city.
We highly recommend that you try their Bolognis and other Bolognias to see how they’re made.
