When I was first starting out in the wine industry, I had a hard time finding the best, cheapest wine to go with any meal.
I’d often come across some good, but I couldn’t figure out what was good and what wasn’t.
I eventually found a way to find great wine with little effort.
I learned how to sommelier.
I learned how much time it took to research and write a good wine list and how much work it took for me to make a good list.
I also learned about how wine companies work, what they want to sell you, and how to find the right wines for your budget.
These are just a few of the lessons I’ve learned through the years and how I’ve been able to craft my list of favorite wines, without spending a fortune.
